L.S.V.S is conceptualized by like-minded activist from diverse segment of the humanity who have pledged for the upliftment and empowerment of rural society,
particularly for the socially and economically susceptible communities in Maharashtra. It takes up an assortment of Rights based and milieu specific activities for the overall development of the society. It takes up various right based activities for the economic, social, cultural, educational and health development pertaining to right to survival, development, protection & participation of the community with a specific focus on women and children.
